Wonderwood Montessori School proudly offers Cairns’ its first dedicated Montessori school. Our school is a unique educational environment tailored to the needs of local families. In partnership with the Montessori Children’s Foundation, Wonderwood embraces the rich heritage and proven principles of Montessori education, ensuring every child’s journey is nurtured and supported in alignment with global best practice.
The Montessori philosophy is rooted in respect for each child’s individuality and natural curiosity. This approach focuses on fostering independence, hands-on learning, and collaborative exploration, empowering children to develop their potential at their own pace within a carefully prepared environment.
